Judge Orders Neighbors To Share Dog

In Florida, a judge has ordered 53 year old Tina Walker to share her 4 year old Labrador with her elderly neighbor, a 68 year old David Somerville. The judge says that both parties have spent a great deal of time with the dog, and that witnesses say the dog shows affection to both of them. See, all this started a few years ago, when Tina adopted the dog. Well, around the same time, her neighbors son had asked her to check in on his dad, who was fresh out of surgery. That's when the two started spending a lot of time together. The old man grew close to the dog when Tina had asked him to watch her pet when she went on vacation. It was shortly after that, he asked if he could help adopt the dog, as to which, she refused. That's when he decided to take her to court. The old man says that he should be owner because he's spent a great deal of time with the dog, has paid some vet bills, and is more financially stable than Tina.
