Creeper Cuts Deal In Penis Measuring Case

This is an UPDATE to a story I read a while back. In Iowa, Thomas Morgan was at the University of Iowa was using the urinal, when a stranger walked up and used the loo next to him. When the stranger looked over, he noticed that Mr. Morgan was measuring his ding ding with a homemade cardboard ruler. He noticed several other homemade rulers on top of the urinal. Naturally the dude was freaked out at the sight of the man's raging semi. So he goes and tells the authorities, who then go pick Mr. Morgan up. Mr. Morgan admitted to measuring his unit, but denied being aroused. Well, Mr. Morgan here has gone to court and struck a deal. Mr. Morgan plead guilty to four counts of simple harassment, and has been suspended for 30 days on each count, he has to serve a year of self supervised probation, and cannot have any contact with the victims.
