Domestic Dispute Actually Man Arguing With Parrot

Police were recently called to a domestic dispute in the small German town of Loerrach. A resident called police because he was concerned about some shouting coming from the apartment next door that had been going on for a while. When officers arrived to the scene, the found a young man in his early twenties arguing with his girlfriends parrot. He told the police that the bird had annoyed him, and that when the bird is being shouted at, it responds with a loud squawk of it's own. Cops say that the bird can't speak, but can bark like a dog.
