30 Year Old Man Evicted From Parents Home

For months, the parents of a 30 year old New York man named Michael Rotondo, have tried to get him to move out, but Mike wasn't having it. Back on February 2nd, his folks left him a note saying he had two weeks to vacate his room at the family's home. He didn't care, so two weeks later, they wrote another note for the man. Calling him out by his full name, the parents wrote, "Michael Joseph Rotondo, you are hereby evicted effective immediately. Any action you take that can be construed as threatening or harassing us or prevents or obstructs our ability to to use the house or property as we see fit will result in your immediate removal from the premises." Mom gave him 30 days to get out as recommended by their lawyer. She warned him of legal action if he wasn't out by March 15th. The parents did try to help. They gave him $1,100 and offered advice like organizing his personal items, selling valuables for money and finding a job. Michael tried fighting it in court citing "common law requirement"  that requires family members to give a six month notice before eviction. The judge says it was a simple internet search and said that the six month demand was outrageous, but praised him for doing his research. The judge ordered him to leave anyway.
