Cops Use Coin Toss To Decide Arrest

In Georgia, police stopped a speeder on her way to work back in April. Sarah Webb was running late for work, and blew past the police running 80 MPH. The two female officers discussed whether or not they should arrest her for reckless driving, or to let her go with a speeding ticket. The officer then decided to use a coin flip app on her phone, to make the decision, which you can hear the officers laughing about it on camera. Ms. Webb lost the toss, and was arrested for reckless driving. She found out about the body cam footage, and filed for it's release, which led to having all the charges dropped.
