Judge orders chatty defendant's mouth taped shut

Franklyn Williams was at his sentencing after being convicted of aggravated robbery, kidnapping, theft, misuse of credit cards and having weapons under a disability. Williams refused to stop talking and kept interrupting his lawyers.  Judge John Russo got so fed up, he ordered six officer to tape his mouth shut. Even after having his mouth tape shut, he continued to chime in. Williams was eventually sentenced to 24 years in prison.
