In California, the Santa Ana Police were called out to the Zoo. Apparently a group of thieves climbed the wall, and cut holes in two the the zoo's enclosures. One was for capuchin monkeys, while the other was for a 32 year old lemur names Isaac. All the monkeys were located in the zoo, but Isaac was nowhere to be found. As police were investigating, they got a call from the Newport Beach Police Dept., saying that Isaac had been found. NBPD says that they found the lemur in front of a hotel. The animal was found in a crate with a note that said, "This belongs to the Santa Ana Zoo. It was taken last night. Please bring to the police." The lemur which is the second oldest ring-tailed lemur North America, was unharmed and taken back to the zoo from which it came. police are investigating to find a motive for the theft.
