Man Arrested For Wet Willy

In Florida, a woman comes home from work to find her old man drunk on the floor. At some point 47 year old Joseph Sireci went with his girlfriend and her daughter to a friends house where he continued to drink, and get more and more belligerent. According ot reports, on the way home, the man grabbed his girlfriend's hand, pulled her arm, and gave her a wet willy. Not having anymore of it, she calls the police to have him dealt with.
