"Crack Pipe" Vending Machines Found In Long Island

In a small Long Island town, two blue machines were found, sparking rage in residents, who then called the cops and had them removed. The coin operated machines require users to insert $2 to get a pen and all the items required to make a crack pipe. Police are currently searching  for the persons responsible for turning these former tampon machines into crack pipe machines. A town councilman says that it's not illegal to sell the pens, and it's not illegal to sell the pipe, but they are considered drug paraphernalia, and were being dispensed from a machine that was installed illegally per town code.
