Several people have made reports that last Thursday a 92 year old man in Ponca City has been kissing them outside a Ponca City Wal Mart. The day before it was reported to police that the same man approached a woman and offered her $10,000 for her child. The police responded and cited him for trespassing. Adult Protective Services has been contacted.
