Kauffroath knocked over a 64-year-old pedestrian causing a knee abrasion while the man scooted on. He pleaded no contest to operating a motorized scooter under the influence and hit-and-run. He was charged 550$ ordered to pay restitution, placed on 36 months of probation and ordered to complete a DUI program.
