Disney Sued By Man Who Wouldn’t Move For Parade

Mark Rubin is suing Walt Disney Parks and Resorts for more than $15-grand because he says they ruined the most important moment of his life: getting engaged. Apparently, he was set to propose to his girlfriend in front of Cinderella Castle at the Magic Kingdom when he claims an employee destroyed everything. The problem? According to the employee, she asked Rubin to move a few feet out of the way of the parade route, which he was in the way of. The employee says he got physical...he later plead no contest to disorderly conduct charges and was fined $100 plus court costs. Rubin has denied the battery charge and wants a payday. Disney says they'll talk in court. No word if he's actually engaged.
