A family in Massachusetts ordered medium pizza, chicken strips, garlic pizza bread, two lots of doughballs and when it arrived at their house an hour after ordering and 40mins from the time it left the store, the food was cold. So the mother tried to tell the delivery person, but he kept walking, so she called the store and was informed the store was to busy and it would be 3 hours until a replacement could come. So the family went together to the store. The mother claims that the manager refused to speak to them. The family spent 90mins waiting for a refund or a replacement and every now and then the manager would tell them to leave or wait. At 11pm the manager said if they dont leave, she would press the panic button. So the police showed up, the manager said the family was aggressive, abusive and damaged a door. The woman said none of that is true. The police told the manager to give the refund.
