Runner Struck By Deer Finishes Half Marathon

Christina Sanchez was just trying to run a half marathon when she was blindsided close to the finish line. She says she was on mile 10 of a New Jersey half marathon when she struck by a large buck. She says that the deer came out of the woods, and struck her in a blur of brown and white fur. After the deer ran back into the woods, she was checked out by emergency personnel and released back into the race. She finished about 10 minutes slower than what she wanted, but says she was determined to finish the race.Read The Full Story Here
