"Willy Wonka" Pleads Guilty To Multiple Crimes

Willy Wonka has been busted in New England for crimes he committed in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. A 47 year old man named William Rodriguez, but is more widely known as "Willy Wonka" or "The Chocolate Man", is the leader of a vehicle theft ring in the northern states that got him more than $300,000 in cash & property. Police say the crew would wear black clothes and masks, carried scanners, two way radios, and power tools to steal vehicles and use them to crash into businesses and steal they ATMs. Willy was one of 5 arrested in Operation Golden Ticket, and is looking at 12 years in prison.
