A 31-year-old mother of two was determined to walk across the stage and get her diploma. She said she wanted her daughter to see her do the work and get her diploma despite what you have going on in life. The mom had multiple setbacks during her pregnancy that required her sometimes to perform her homework from a hospital bed. The mom went into early labor, at 25 weeks, but was given medicine to slow down the contractions so she could walk across the stage. Despite being a good role model to her daughter, her mother was also graduating and wanted to walk the stage with her mom. Immediately after receiving her diploma, she went to the hospital to have her child.
