Man with no musical talent bangs head. Instantly became incredible at piano

A man miscalculated diving into a swimming pool and and damaged the side of his head. After he recovered he was at a friends house, walked over to a piano and started playing. Doctors call what he has Acquired Savant Syndrome. It is described “as when a tragedy turns you into a genius.” Apparently, he sees black and white squares in his mind when he plays and that he just follows the blocks to know what to do.
