Dead Whale Found In Jungle

Biologists in Brazil are curious as to how a Humpback Whale ended up in the Amazon Jungle. They discovered this massive sea creature being picked by vultures. The whale is roughly 26 ft long (which is small on the whale scale), about 50 feet from shore. They say it's not an adult, or near as large as it looks in the pictures. Marine experts believe that the whale may have been launched ashore by a powerful wave. they say "we're not sure how it got here, but we're guessing the creature was floating close to shore and a tide which has been pretty considerable over the past few days, picked it up and threw it inland."
