Man Arrested For Singing Dirty Song To Neighbor

Sitting on your porch picking a tune and singing along on a Saturday morning doesn't seem like it would get you arrested, unless you're 62 year old Robert Mirabella. See Bob here has been having issues with one of his neighbors lately, so he wrote a song about her...allegedly. According to police, she came out to her front porch, and saw Bobby sitting on his porch, picking his guitar and singing a song. When she heard what the song was, she got upset, and called the cops. She recorded the man singing a song that went something like "there is a neighbor who is a bitch, and I see her now, she's just a witch." According to police, she was "visibly upset", and Bob's song had affected her peace and quiet...a lot. When questioned, Bobby first denied it, but then said if he did sing it, it doesn't mean it was about her. The officer confirmed it was Bob on the video, and took him in on disorderly conduct.
