A 27-year-old guy in Oklahoma City named Alfred Jabatty, who on Tuesday around 3:30 A.M. was busted for throwing a concrete block through the window of a police car. The cops caught him in the act. As it turns out this wasn't his first time. He's a serial concrete block thrower. Alfred was arrested back in 2015 for throwing one through a cop car, and then again in February of this year. When the cops asked him why he keeps doing it, he told them he's not sure. Thankfully, no officers have been hurt. Jabatty has been arrested for assaulting a detention officer in the past and was arrested once again for throwing the concrete blocks.
