Cat sparks $7,500 rescue mission

5-year-old Hatty got stuck on the Royal Albert Bridge in England. Firefighters spent around five hours trying to get her down in an ordeal costing $7,500. The cat had been stuck on the bridge for 6 days. The firefighters had called off trying to resuce it for the day, vowing to return the following day to get Hatty down. Hatty got bored with the rescue and just returned home that night after being missing for 2 weeks. The cats owners said cat had just "strolled past fire and media crews." She also said Hatty "is going to stay inside ... we’re going to try and make her a house-cat for a bit because I don’t want any more adventures on the bridges."
