Man Calls 911 Because He's Lonely

In Florida, a 55 year old loner now sits behind bars. Police allege that Jeffery Gorton called 911 a total of 17 times between Wednesday & Thursday of last week. They told him if he called again without an actual emergency, he'd be arrested for misuse. So....he did. Jeffery was on the phone when police arrived to cuff the man.
