In Florida, cops were called to the scene of a local McDonald's where they were greeted by a familiar face. 62 year old John Morgan apparently went into the fast food joint, stripped his clothes, and started doing some strange dance according to witnesses. Believing the man may be on drugs, they say it looked like he was trying to impregnate the hand rail.
