In Florida, a hottie and her not so hot bf have been locked up. Apparently the two were arrested after being observed on video performing "in a sexual manner to elicit sexual excitement videotaped by a 12 year old victim". The couple says that they were dancing, and the report doesn't say what they were doing, or how the police got involved.
