Last week 63 year old Juan Zamora was in need of some car parts from the local parts store, but had a little trouble finding it. So in search for some help, he flashed his headlights to flag down a passing police officer. When the cop stopped to see what the man needed, he smelled booze on the man, and noticed his eyes were all bloodshot and had trouble standing. Juan told the officer that he had two shots of bourbon hours earlier and was legally disabled, but went ahead and consented to a field sobriety test. After having difficulties with the test, Juan tried to blame it on his disability. Upon searching the man, the officer found a little plastic baggy in Juan's shirt pocket that tested positive for coke. After declining a breath test, Juan told the cops that they didn't pull him over, that he pulled them over. He eventually blew a 0.137 which is way over the limit.
