Everybody has bad days, but this one takes the cake... In Florida, a man goes to his local Wendy's to get some dinner. When he placed his order, he was told by drive thru employees to pull forward, so they could prepare his meal of three double cheeseburgers. He told police that when he asked why he had to move that they gave him a smart ass answer; the employees say they told him it was "to make your food." When the manager overheard what was going on, she opted to take the food out to the man when it was ready. When she did, he started to complain about how much of an inconvenience it was and threatened to call corporate. That's when they exchanged a few words, and Julia reached through his window and beat the man. Reports say that he was punched several times and scratched in the neck and face. During the fight, the man's $500 gold chain broke causing him to lose his Miami Dolphin medallion between the seats of his car. According to the victim, this went on for several minutes with the manager leaving and then coming back. When she came back to beat on him some more, she had her keys in hand while punching the man and eventually throwing them at him, to which he kept them until the police showed up. he says she never hit the man, and that he took the keys from her and wouldn't give them back. Of course her story changed several times, and police determined the woman had battered the man and took her in where she was later released.
