What was originally thought to be a Halloween decoration near a Maryland bar is actually a dead body. Police in White Marsh say a passerby found the body in the parking lot of the Rustic Inn. Despite thinking it was just an early Halloween ornament, they called it in to 911. Responding officers determined it was a human body that had suffered trauma. The identity of the victim has not been released, and police are still investigating.
