Naked Teen Found Covered In Ranch

According to reports, a 17 year old was "under the influence of a substance" when he caused a ruckus at a Kansas convenient store. Police were called to the Petro Deli outside of Kansas City when the teen damaged some merch in the store around 3:30 am . AFter damaging the goods inside the store, the teen ran outside then hopped into a running car he found, eventually smashing into a pillar. Authorities took the boy into custody and transported him to a hospital where his parents had to pick him up. Luckily nobody was injured and it's still unclear when the boy stripped down naked and slathered himself in ranch.
