Woman Tries To Skirt Curfew With Leashed Boyfriend

One Canadian woman has been charged for trying to use a loophole to get out of a local COVID curfew. In Quebec, a curfew has taken effect requiring that residents stay at home from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. daily for four weeks. But, certain exceptions, like walking a dog, are included. Police apparently found a woman out walking during the curfew with her boyfriend on a leash. When asked what she was doing, the woman said she was "walking her dog." The couple refused to cooperate with police, and they now face fines of up to six-thousand dollars.
