A former Transportation Security Administration officer has been given 60 days in jail in a case of false imprisonment. Prosecutors say, while working at the Los Angeles International Airport, Johnathon Lomeli told a female passenger he needed to do a security screening on her. During this stop, Lomeli looked down her pants, inside her bra, and then had her reveal her full breasts before allowing her to leave. Lomeli reportedly had no legitimate reason to stop her and even complimented her breasts before she left. He resigned before he could be fired. In addition to the jail time, the man has to serve felony probation, attend sexual compulsion classes, cannot ever work in a security position again, and has to pay the victim restitution.
