A Florida veterinarian is facing disturbing charges. Aventura's Prentiss Madden was arrested yesterday for allegedly sexually abusing a dog and possessing child porn. The 40-year-old was medical director at Caring Hands Animal Hospital until he was fired two weeks ago when the accusations first came to light. He made an appearance in federal court yesterday.
