An Oregon man is in custody for allegedly kissing someone's baby on the mouth at a local supermarket. Police say Austin Stewart was at a Springfield WINCO last week when he pulled his mask down and smooched a one-year-old girl on her lips while her mother was looking away. He then fled as the parents looked for him and alerted store workers and a police officer. Eventually, Steward was found hiding under a blanket on a nearby street. He has been charged with physical harassment and disorderly conduct.
