Police: Woman Threw Dog From Car

Connecticut Police say they arrested a woman accused of throwing a dog from a moving car. They say 56-year-old Helen Skulski is facing animal cruelty charges stemming from the incident earlier this month. Another driver called 911 after seeing the beagle tossed onto the roadway in Norwalk before pulling over to pick up the animal, which suffered minor injuries. The dog was initially returned to Skulski, but later removed from her home as police gathered enough evidence to charge her.
