Reply ALL Strikes Again.....37 year old Parker Lee Sharpley is a registered sex offender in the state of Florida. Whenever he moves, he has tot let the state know where he's at so they could warn neighbors of what's coming to their neighborhood. Typically, a text alert from the county sheriff's office would be sent to those living within 1000 ft of his new address, but somebody from the dept. sent the alert to ALL users in the state. They sent out a follow up message after they realized they sent to everyone. Parker here was convicted of aggravated sexual battery on a minor and abduction in Virginia 2004.
