Woman Runs From Cops Then Brags About It On Facebook

Florida police officers tried to pull over one Shawanda Woodson after she was spotted rolling trough a stop sign last month. When the officer approached the vehicle, he noticed a young child that wasn't in a car seat, sitting in the front seat with a seatbelt on. Shawanda told him that she was on probation and that she couldn't be in contact with any law enforcement. After the officer pulled up her information, he asked her to step out of the car but instead, she put the car in gear and took off. The officer stopped chasing her due to the child in the front seat. A few hours later the town's crime news Facebook page posted what it had picked up on the scanner about the chase. It said that the female just fled from officers after a traffic stop , stating that there might be drugs in the car, and that there was a small child involved. Under that post was a reply from Selina Mae, which is Shawanda's middle name, saying that "the pig never searched the car," when talking about drugs in the car. The officer took screenshots of the post and her replies before she deleted them later. They later arrested Shawanda for fleeing and eluding police, resisting without violence on top of the warrant she already had for aggravated battery and violating her parole,
