A Florida man is under arrest for allegedly impersonating a doctor and carrying out various procedures. The Jacksonville Sheriff's office says Nelson Turin hosted a "Botox and Bubbles" event in which he described himself as an oral surgeon. Turin is said to have tricked a local spa into thinking he was a doctor and gave 350-dollar botox injections while drinking several Four Lokos. Following the event, which included fliers and photos, Turin was charged with several counts such as practicing medicine without a valid medical license and possessing of legend drugs without a prescription.
