Having the drugs "easily accessible" to her kid, she was charged with felony child abuse for some bruises that were a result of corporal punishment that allegedly "exceeded the accepted level of force." She'll also be facing drug chages after everything comes back from the labs. The Applebee's bartender was taken in on two charges and freed after posting her bond.
