A Buffalo couple finally found out who has been trashing their yard for the past three years. Edward And Cheryl Patton have been dealing with somebody throwing used coffee cups in their yard, so they decided to set up a tree cam in their yard in hopes to catch the culprit. That didn't work very well, but a neighbor happened to be outside when the trash giver gave more trash. The neighbors followed the minivan, wrote down the plate number, and called police. Police used that info to track down Larry Pope, a 76 year old man that used to work with Cheryl, and had disagreements with her over union issues. Larry was ticketed for harassment and for littering. Cheryl said she couldn't believe it was someone she knew, and tha the littering has stopped since Larry got his ticket.
