A former Oklahoma resident faces federal embezzlement charges for not returning a VHS tape 21 years ago. Caron McBride says she got married and found out about the charges out of Norman when she tried to change her last name on her Texas driver's license. She called a reference number and discovered she was wanted for a felony due to not returning a rental of "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" in 1999. McBride said she believes her old partner rented the movie for his young daughters at the time. Court officials are now looking at dismissing the case and having the indictment expunged.
