Principal Paddled A Six Year Old

An investigation is underway after a Florida school principal was caught paddling a child last month. Central Elementary School Principal Melissa Carter was videotaped by the child's mother. The student was being punished for damaging a computer. The Clewiston Police Department is investigating. The parent also had to pay a 50-dollar fee for the damages. The Hendry County School District stresses that it does not allow this kind of punishment.
