A freak accident involving a toy penguin is the reason a six year old Australian boy is dead. Deklan MacDonald and his family went to Sea World where his folks bought him a plush penguin toy that had a leash attached to it. According to reports, the boy was playing with the toy, and got entangled when it broke leaving just a rope with a loop at the end. The boy was airlifted to the hospital where he was placed in intensive care and listed in critical condition. Later on the doctors came in and advised the parents that he was "beyond recovery" and was taken off life support. The family has set up a "GoFundMe" type page, and say that the money raised will go to a memorial for the boy, and allow the boys mother to "make an important keepsake with the boys ashes when the time is right." The theme park has since removed the toy from shelves.
