Woman Claims Cops Were Called Over Jealousy

Here's a good reason to not start drinking at 9 a.m. 42 year old Melody Carr was seen at the Country Inn & Suits in a bikini by the hotel manager, and being as that the manager didn't really remember checking her in, she went to ask for her room number. That's when Mel here got irate and refused to giver her any information before storming off in a huff. The manager called the cops for trespassing, but by the time they got there, she had already left. She didn't go to far though because cops spotted her across the street walking a dog at the La Quinta. Police went to talk to her, but she went off on them saying she didn't do anything and they needed to leave her alone, and that the manager called the cops because she was jealous that her body looked good. She told them that her boyfriend had a room there and that they got into a fight and she was only there because her car wasn't working. Police told her to move her car because she was going to be trespassed and that it would be towed. That's when she jumped a fence to get her car, burned the tires and she was pulling into a parking spot that was directly in front of the one she was already in but at a gas station instead., and smashed into a parking bumper because she didn't hit the brakes in time. She then went into the gas station to ask the manager if she could leave her car there, but they said no, so she left in a tizzy. Cops went to confront her again after she got back in the car, and that's when they noticed she wreaked of booze, and she admitted to having a drink at 9 am, but couldn't explain why she smelled of booze and looked intoxicated. She was taken in on disorderly intoxication.
