A Florida woman is suing Biergarten in Boca Raton after she was allegedly injured when a drunk dancer fell on her. The lawsuit says Maria Garcia was hurt falling to the ground as the intoxicated patron collapsed on top of her at the business last month. She says the incident caused her to suffer pain, emotional handicaps, disability, disfigurement, and required medical and nursing care. The suit claims that Biergarten failed to provide a safe environment by allowing the drunk, dancing woman to stay on the grounds. Garcia is seeking over 30-thousand dollars in damages.
