Back in March, a 43 year old woman named Lyndsey Kennedy went missing for three weeks after she became trapped in a tunnel she discovered while she was swimming in a canal by her boyfriend's house. After being gone for three weeks, she was finally discovered and rescued. Some time goes by, and her family sends her to Texas for rehab. While in rehab, she splits and can't be found anywhere. Her friend says she was last seen near Grand Prairie and Arlington, so Grand Prairie police set out looking for her. They spotted the woman, and when they approached her, she slipped into another storm drain. The family was able to track her using an app on her phone, but it only worked when she was above ground. Her family and friends would drop off food and Gatorade at nearby manholes in hopes to sustain the woman. Her family says she has psychosis and PTSD from an abusive relationship she was in. Lyndsey finally crawled out of her hole on Saturday and was taken to the hospital and put on psychiatric hold.
