According to reports, 31 year old Le'trail Tresalus was at his local 7-Eleven when an altercation broke out between him and another customer. At some point in the fight, Le'trail grabbed a 15 oz jar of Tostitos salsa and threw it at the man, hitting him in the back, causing the jar to break. The man suffered a small cut and swelling according to police. Le'trail is now looking at felony assault being as that he has priors for battery, and if that wasn't enough...he's looking at felony theft for stealing a Choco Taco as well.
