Parents Shoot Peeping Tom

A Texas man is in critical condition after "peeping" on a young girl. Houston Police say two parents heard their ten-year-old daughter scream, leading them to find a man touching himself outside her window. They chased the man to a nearby gas station and called 911, but say he tried to wrestle a gun from the mother's hands. That's when the father fired, hitting the "peeping Tom" at least three times. Deputies say the parents are licensed gun carriers, and the case will be referred for review by a grand jury.
