People will try anything to avoid getting pulled over. In Ohio, 34 year old Muhammad Kabir was driving around with a woman and her son when police attempted to stop the man for expired tags. While the man was driving, he called 9-1-1 to let them know that somebody had been shot down the street from the WalMart that he was getting pulled over in front of. Instead of breaking off and dealing with that like he thought the cops would do...the dispatcher pinged the 9-1-1 call and it came up as belonging to Mr. Kabir. Along with driving under suspension and expired tags, Muhammad was arrested for making false alarms.
