Woman Accused Of Skinny Dipping In Strangers Pool

I've seen this movie before but it didn't end like this. A Florida man came home recently and found a naked 42 year old Heather Kennedy in his pool after he noticed there was clothes scattered all about his lanai. The man called the cops to come deal with the stranger, and when they showed up things escalated quickly. When officers started questioning the woman she became hostile and told them to leave her alone. They asked her several times to get out of the pool and to get dressed but Heather wasn't having it. Eventually she got dressed but wasn't about to be arrested, so she resisted and said that she would not be going anywhere. They eventually arrested her, but her resisting didn't end there, she had no intentions on giving them her name, but they found out anyway through old booking photos.
