USF Health Care Fund Manager Steals Millions And Spends On Adult Website

Theft is bad mmmkay....59 year old Ralph Puglisi was worked for a non-profit that's attached to the University Of Southern Florida called USF's University Medical Service Association which provides support for UFS Health and other medical providers in the area. Over the course of years, Ralph embezzled nearly $13 million from the university and spent most of it on porn sites. According to reports Ralph was subscribed to a channel that was ran by his step-son's fiancée where they split almost $750,000 in profits. In addition to that, he made $647,000 in payments to an llc that he owned with his wife. He also used $374,000 on personal travel, $191,000 in rent for a family member, $120,000 in home improvements, he spent $12 for a woman and her friend to fly from Toronto to Florida, along with using the money on cell phone bills and personal real estate. The fraud was caught in November and Ralph was fired along with his boss and the university's internal auditor. The univversity filed for an injunction so Ralph couldn't sell any of the stuff he bought with the money. Ralph's attorney says that he's cooperating and taking steps to make restitutions.
