A British woman is dead in a freak accident involving her own pajamas. Authorities say Jackie Cottrill died after her pajama top got stuck in an oven, accidentally strangling herself as she fell. Cottrill's lifeless body was discovered by her nephew. A local coroner says it is the strangest case he has ever seen in his 20 years on the job. Cottrill suffered a stroke years earlier, but it apparently did not affect her balance. It appears that how Cottrill ended up in the fatal position will be an unsolved mystery.
